Profiles4Care Exceeds its Care Sector Target by 80% in Values Based Recruitment Toolkit Pilot

Demand for Profiles4Care online assessments by Care Sector employers taking part in the Department of Health’s Values Based Recruitment Toolkit (VBRT) pilot was 80% higher than expected, and that all employers changed their recruitment practices to include the profiling tool at some stage in their recruitment process.
