Every day while we’re speaking to people who contact us to use our values based recruitment tool we regularly hear that they are; “in the process of reviewing their recruitment procedures”.
As the statistics show, with up to 60,000 vacancies on any given day in the sector it is clear that finding and keeping quality people is a real problem for almost everyone.
Creating the ideal recruitment and retention strategy is a daunting task and we can but admire the people who are willing to say, ‘it’s broken let’s fix it’ and set to it in a focused and enthusiastic manner.
