• Q. Do you pass or fail the Profiles4Care Assessment?

  A. No. There are no right or wrong answers. You should be spontaneous.

• Q. What will the Profiles4Care Assessment show about me?

  A. Your completed Assessment will show an employer your natural and instinctive qualities and attributes, which are not dependent on any skills or formal qualifications.

• Q. Will I know what the report says about me?

  A. At the end of the Assessment you will receive a summary of your personality profile and be asked to rate its accuracy and ease of use.

• Q. Who else will see my report?

  A. Your potential Employer will have the ability to view your report. They may also share this with third parties to assist in there recruitment process. All data is controlled in line with the requirements of the Information Commissioner’s Data Protection Act.
