On the 25th February 2014 Profiles4Care will be presenting at The Values-Based Recruitment Toolkit (VBRT) Workshop: Findings to date and potential profiling tools for the sector in Tavistock Square, London. Organised by the The National Skills Academy, working in partnership with Skills for Care and Macintyre, the workshop forms part of the ongoing evaluation for the project and will involve;
- exploring existing profiling questionnaires and models in use within the sector, both commissioned and self designed
- identifying the usefulness of the instruments within the current VBRT
- by means of assisting evaluation; adapt and improve the existing tools so that they are fit for purpose and encompass the diverse employment roles within the sector
