Joining Profiles4Care as our new Employer Engagement Manager is Harriet Phillips. Previously the Programme Manager for Skills for Care’s Graduate Scheme, Harriet recruited future leaders of adult social care for their values and leadership potential and led trainees through an ambitious learning and development journey at the start of their management careers.
“During my career in social care I’ve seen the challenges faced by employers and the importance of attitudes and values in recruitment. Having witnessed from the outside the impact that Profiles4Care is making in regards to these in the sector I am delighted to now be an important part of it. Our aim is to help to grow confidence in recruitment practices across the sector and solve many of the issues that plague employers resulting from hiring the wrong people for the job,” explained Harriet Phillips.
Harriet will be introducing herself to Profiles4Care’s existing clients over the coming months and working with them to make sure they are achieving the maximum benefit from their investment in values-based recruitment.
