Skills for Care, working with the Department of Health’s Recruitment and Retention Group are seeking the sectors’ views on how we refresh the first ever Recruitment and Retention Strategy, which was launched in 2011. The group have developed a DRAFT Strategy as a starting point and we realise that this is very much a “work in progress” that requires your input.
If you are able to take the time to have a look at the DRAFT strategy and then respond by answering just a few questions via our Survey Monkey then this will enable us to make the necessary changes to this DRAFT and to prepare for a sector wide launch in the spring
