We are updating the Profiles4Care platform to improve the way in which you can use the system. These updates are in direct response to what people have told us they would like to see and we’ve delivered. These changes will be rolled out by the end of November and will not cause any disruption to the service. Changes to the system’s functionality include:
Multiple report download – You will be able to download as many individual candidate reports as you wish at the same time. They will download into a simple, single zip file which opens with WinZip, or we recommend the free ‘7-Zip’ application too if you don’t have WinZip installed.
Candidate archiving – You can now move candidate details from the main control room to an archive area. You can still access archived candidates’ details any time you wish but they will not appear in the main control room unless selected to do so.
Mandatory registration fields – The questionnaire registration fields such as ‘Job Title’ and ‘Job Reference’, which candidates complete can now be made mandatory, plus the ‘Star Rating’ is now a mandatory field to assist with benchmarking and interviews.
Parent/child account licence allocation – If you have a number of sub (child) accounts associated with your main company account you can allocate a portion of your licence to these individually rather than all being drawn from a single source. This will provide greater central control over the usage of the sub accounts.
Navigation changed from horizontal to vertical – with the addition of the new functionality there are a few more controls added to the dashboard so we’ve moved them from horizontally positioned at the top of the page to include them all in the left hand navigation bar to make things easier for you.
Realtime licence and usage monitoring – The control room will now include real time statistics on the account usage and it will provide email alerts when the licence is nearing renewal or inventory is low.
epayment service – By far the most significant change to come in the latest upgrade is the introduction of an epayment service for clients wishing to buy reports directly via credit card. Reports can now be purchased in batches from 5 of up to 100 reports with discounts applied through our epayment system, which you can access directly through your control room.
For licences of over 100 candidate reports your account manager will continue to be your point of contact.
We hope that these changes will help you make even more use of the Profiles4Care system in ensuring that your recruitment, development and retention strategies are based on solid values.
