An important day for Profiles4Care as we were invited to attend the Roundtable discussion in the Houses of Parliament as part of the Baronness Kingsmill CBE review to better understand and tackle exploitation in the care sector.
We were there to put our case forward on the importance of values based recruitment in the sector and found the rest of the discussion interesting and stimulating. We’re looking forward the final report which will be published in June.
