March and April were frantic times for our judges of this year’s WorldSkills UK Health and Social Care competition. Whittling down the avalanche of applications for the competitions from colleges and organisations across the land. But in the end they have managed to get to the final 48 challengers, one of whom will receive the UK Champion award at the national awards ceremony held during The Skills Show 2015 at the NEC Birmingham in November.
